Meet Deanna, our lead client specialist! She is a 48-year-old wife and mother of 3 handsome boys. Her fitness journey started just under 2 years ago. She had gotten to the point where she knew she needed to make drastic changes in herself and her life if she wanted to be around for her family. Deanna learned how to exercise safely and how to nourish and feed her body. After years of yo-yo dieting, this was a welcome change. It was real food combined with an amazing exercise program that changed her life. During the summer of 2019, she became nutrition certified so she could help others obtain their healthy lifestyle goals. She says she is a much better wife, mother, and person from it. We are so fortunate to have this ray of sunshine on our team!
